Graduation Day

Last March 30, 2012, I just graduated from college together with my batchmates. It was an awesome experience after four years of doing school works, struggling with stress and problems, and you name it. All of it and it was worth it. After all we deserve this. We earned it.

On the other hand, I am sad ‘cause my Mom was not able to attend because of her condition. However, I am grateful that yesterday’s event was recorded and she is watching it right now. Before I leave yesterday, she was crying and sorry for she cannot attend this important event of my life and I said it is okay. You know what Mom it is okay. If it were not for you, I am not who I am right now :-)

If it were not for my alma mater, Professors, blockmates, friends, family and God, I won’t be as happy as I am today. Thank you. I feel so blessed :-)

Baccalaureate Mass 2012

Today, the baccalaureate mass for the graduating batch of 2012 is so epic. It begun with a mass followed by the pinning ceremony then the Thomasian pledge. Afterwards, the fireworks display that made the students awe in admiration. Then, the most epic is the exit at the Arch of the Centuries. We were all so touched, blessed and grateful to our alma mater for the wonderful experience and lessons we have learned throughout our stay in school.

It’s a Girl Thing

A few days ago, Zonch and I went to Trinoma to get our NYX Cosmetics which we bought from Chic Cosmetics. NYX Cosmetics is really good and totally worth it :-)

We went to The Block and discovered that they have an event about make-up and there is a free make-over by any of the participating shops. The girl from Etude House asked if I want a make-over then I agreed because I thought Zonch will also have her make-over after I did but I was wrong. Boooo! But I like what she did to my face. Hahaha.

After a while, we ate at Four Fingers. Their chicken is soooooo delicious and I want to come back. Zonch said it is similar to Bonchon. I haven’t tried Bonchon Chicken yet so I don’t know. Anyhoo, it really tastes so good!

Before going home, we strolled around to find a perfect pair of nude or black pumps. We found few ones because the rest are too hard to walk on because the heels are so high and stiletto. I found a pair of mustard shoes which has a stiletto heels but they are so comfortable to walk with. The only pair of shoes with a stiletto heels that I like. Too bad we didn’t take a picture of shoes we tried because we are too busy finding ‘the one’. Hahaha

Uncertain

I am still unsure of what path to take next. Will I take a Masteral study or take another course (the one that I truly like) or start looking for a job? Or maybe study and work? If I were going to study again, I want to study abroad (feeling? Haha). It is really my dream to study abroad because I want to have a new environment and be independent. I want to experience how it is to study abroad and learn their culture and meet other people with different nationalities. The problem is I have many things in mind that I want to do and I am afraid to step out of my comfort zone. I keep on asking myself, “Can I do this?” Can I make it?” “What will happen to me?” See, I have many dilemmas.

What I really need right now is to know myself more and decide what to do next because this stage is critical to me. I think it is hard to study while working but if others can do it, why can’t I? Anyway, I have to think properly and plan well my future ‘cause this will determine where and what will I be how many years later. Please help me God. I need your guidance and strength for me to decide what I really want to do. Please Lord, send me a sign.

Bling

I’m not the type of girl who is into accessories. I just like buying and looking at them but not wearing them because I don’t feel comfortable wearing them. For me, they are only an eyecandy. However, I changed my mind because wearing accessories with a simple outfit could make your whole look amazing.

On the other hand, I’ve been eyeing these necklaces for so long and so far I haven’t used all of them. I am waiting for a good time to wear them :-)
